handy location railway station friendly staff unavailable parking double bed
The breakfast choices were good. I enjoyed the cappuccinos. the location was very handy to the railway station. the staff were friendly and helpful. Always ready to assist.
The on-site parking was essentially unavailable! we sent a message to reserve the spot, but they ignored it. i got a double bed even though i asked for a twin room.

adequate but unremarkable stay
poor soundproofing limited breakfast
the soundproofing was not good. i could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms, and it was quite disruptive at night. also, the breakfast options seemed limited.. mostly pastries with very little savory choices.

the staff WERE helpful. it Met my expectations
The room i received WAS small and dark. There was no natural light. when i complained, i HAD to make a fuss to be offered the original room. i did not GET what i paid for, AND this was VERY disappointing

the location was convenient, less than ten minutes walk from the main station. my room was a good size. the staff were friendly and helpful.

calm oasis helpful staff lovely space breakfast choice
i found hotel is an oasis of calm near the train station. staff members are very helpful. the garden provide a lovely space for relaxation. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it features ample choices.
the neighborhood felt a little unsafe at night.

I appreciated the proximity to the central station. It was only a short walk. the staff was helpful during check-in. i really loved the garden. It was great! the breakfast offered a satisfying variety.
It was a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance initially. Clearer signs would be helpful.

extra bedding large shower
The room was well-kept (I thought it was great!). I appreciated the air conditioning and extra bedding. The bathroom included a bidet. The shower stall was large enough and prevented water from escaping, and I had enough towels.
The on-site parking has very limited availability. I could not reserve a spot even after sending a message.
